TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
We require a first night deposit for all bookings at time of booking. Bookings that are NOT secured with a deposit might be cancelled without notification.
BALANCE
HIGH PEAK – Christmas/New Year & Easter
Full payment of balance for Christmas/New Year is due 30th November/Full payment of balance for Easter is due 28th February. Payments of deposits and full balance are non-refundable after cut-off dates. Failure to pay full balance by cut-off date results in forfeiting your deposit and any payments made and immediate cancellation of booking.
PEAK TIMES – QLD School Holidays & Long Weekends
The balance for all bookings is due 10 days prior to arrival if not stated otherwise.
OFF PEAK– Outside QLD School Holidays & Long Weekends
The balance for all bookings is due 5 days prior to arrival if not stated otherwise.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Refunds & credits are available if cancellations are received in writing before cut-off dates (conditions apply; please read our Cancellation Policy).
PLEASE NOTE:

General poor weather conditions are not considered grounds for a refund or credit

No show without notification – No refund or credit. Booking will be cancelled by end of arrival date.

No refunds or credits for early departure, change-of-mind, in case of your delayed arrival or if fewer campers than booked occupy the camp site.

No refund or credit of deposit applies to Christmas/New Year and Easter bookings after cut-off date.

We are unable to guarantee requests for specific sites

All bookings are to be paid in full at time of arrival at current rates

All cancellations need to be advised in writing/email to be eligible for refund/credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
HIGH PEAK – Christmas/New Year & Easter:
Christmas deposits are refundable if booking is cancelled in writing by 30th November (cut-off date). Easter deposits are refundable if booking is cancelled in writing by 28th February (cut-off date). Payments are non-refundable after cut-off dates.
PEAK TIMES - QLD school holidays & long weekends:
Your payment is refundable if cancelled in writing/email 10 days prior to arrival (cut-off date), Refunds/credits are not applicable if cancelled less than 14 days prior.
OFF PEAK - QLD School Holidays & Long Weekends:
Your payment is refundable if cancelled in writing/email 5 days prior to arrival (cut-off date). Refund/credits are not applicable if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date.
All cancellations must be given in writing/email before cut-off dates to be eligible for refund and/or credit. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit any payments made and will forfeit their site if no notifications is received by end of business hours on your arrival date.
Change of dates within cancellation periods may be given due to extreme weather events, please contact us for details.
